Click & Collect
Welcome to Adlington Pet Centre Ltd's Click & Collect service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using our Click & Collect service. By using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Service Overview
- Click & Collect allows you to place an order online and pick it up at our designated collection point. This service is designed to offer convenience and save time for our valued customers.
2. Order Placement

- Select the items you wish to purchase and choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Collection Points
- Orders can be collected from the following locations:
- Wundapets, Unit 1-3 South Adlington Business Village, Huyton Road, PR7 4JR
4. Collection Time
- You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
- Please wait for this notification before heading to the collection point.
- Orders are typically ready within 3 hours/days of placing your order.
5. Identification Requirements
- Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device).
- You will need to present a valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) at the time of collection.
6. Collection by Proxy
- If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may nominate someone to collect it on your behalf.
- The nominated person must bring:
- A copy of your order confirmation.
- Their own valid photo ID.
- A written authorization signed by you.
7. Order Hold Period
- Orders will be held at the collection point for up to 7 days from the notification of readiness.
- If the order is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
8. Cancellation and Returns
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched to the collection point by contacting our customer service at sales@wundapets.co.uk

9. Issues with Orders
- If there are any issues with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service immediately.
- We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
